And to celebrate the holidays we have created a few more new community cocktails!
The incredibly lovely Brother Morgan Punch is an aquavit, sweet vermouth, Grand Marnier and organic apple juice punch.
The Suicider is a community cocktail made by our neighbor Sue who simply adds Cabin Still Bourbon to organic apple cider along with a dash of Bitter Cube Bitters. And Ken has created The Sake-Toomi Long Time, a sake, pear liquer and Cocchi Americano concoction for the Turning Japanese Night this Saturday. Please give em a try and let us know what ya think.
And just a FYI: Maria’s is full to the brim with seasonal ales and beers. And we just started a new sake menu with awesome selections from our favorite beer brewery Hitachino whose started off making great sake for a couple o hundred years.
